Adrianna Carriere joins Pioneer Valley Allergy as a Patient Care Coordinator with eight years of experience in the allergy field and a strong commitment to the communities she calls home. Having grown up in Southwick and Granby, Connecticut, and now living in Westfield, she feels deeply connected to the Pioneer Valley region and the people who live here.
Her background in allergy care and medical office operations allows her to support both patients and providers with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Adrianna is passionate about helping each patient feel welcomed, informed, and cared for from the moment they connect with our office.
Education & Training
Throughout her career, Adrianna has worked in a variety of roles, including front desk reception, billing, and management. This broad experience has given her a well-rounded understanding of both practice operations and the patient experience.
Her versatility allows her to navigate the many moving parts of a busy medical office while still providing compassionate, personal support to every individual she helps. Adrianna believes healthcare is strongest when it reflects the community it serves, and she is excited to be part of a practice that shares those values.

Adrianna believes that great patient care begins with making people feel comfortable, respected, and supported. She brings patience, organization, and compassion to every interaction, whether she is answering questions, helping with scheduling, or guiding patients through office processes.
She understands that even small moments of kindness can make a big difference in a patient’s experience. Her goal is to help create an environment where every person who walks through the door feels seen, heard, and genuinely cared for.

A married mother of two, Adrianna’s family is at the heart of everything she does. Much of her free time is spent cheering on her children at their school sports and activities — something she treasures as part of her connection to the local community.
Her strong family values and deep local roots shape the same warmth and care she brings to her work every day.
