Steps to Becoming A Pioneer Valley Allergy Patient
To ensure a smooth transition into our care, please follow these steps:
Check Insurance Requirements: Verify with your insurance provider if a referral is needed to see a specialist for allergy care.
Schedule an Appointment: If a referral is required, have your primary care physician set up the appointment. If you are directly contacting us, call our office to schedule your appointment.
Send Your Medical Records: While you're in the process of scheduling, please send your medical records to us at records@pioneervalleyallergy.com.
Await Contact: After your records are received, we will reach out to you to confirm your appointment and discuss any necessary information.
Expect to pay Co-Pay at time of visit.

We offer a wide range of services, including food testing, environmental testing, venom testing, patch testing, penicillin allergy testing, asthma management, and allergen immunotherapy (allergy shots). When you arrive for your appointment, you will check in at the front desk. A medical assistant will then meet with you to review your medical history. Following this, the doctor will come in to discuss your care plan and next steps. If testing is required, it will be initiated during this visit, and we will explain the results together.
Expect to pay Co-Pay at time of visit.

If you are scheduled for testing, please stop all allergy medications five days prior to your visit. Additionally, check your insurance coverage to ensure that you are informed about any potential costs.
