Certified Medical Assistant

The Certified Medical Assistant supports our clinical team by preparing patients for allergy testing, administering allergy injections, assisting with immunotherapy sign‑ups, and ensuring efficient patient flow. This role is essential for maintaining quality in‑office treatments and exceptional patient experiences.
Ideal Candidate: A motivated professional with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in allergy and immunology care.

Allergen Extract Compounder (Nurse)
📍 Current Location: 212 Southampton Road Unit B, Westfield, MA 01085
The Allergen Extract Compounder prepares environmental allergen immunotherapy vials in accordance with USP 797 guidelines. This role supports our physicians and immunology team by ensuring accuracy, sterility, and compliance in every treatment.
Ideal Candidate: A detail‑driven nurse with experience in compounding, allergen extracts, or immunotherapy preparation.
Reports to: Practice Manager & Dr. Van Stee
Allergy Injection Administrator
📍 Current Location: 212 Southampton Road Unit B, Westfield, MA 01085
The Allergy Injection Administrator delivers safe, precise allergy injections, manages biologic treatments, and monitors patient reactions. You’ll work directly with patients of all ages, helping them safely build tolerance through immunotherapy.
Ideal Candidate: A certified RN, LPN, or CMA with excellent attention to detail, compassion, and a calm approach in high‑volume clinical settings.

Patient Care Coordinator

As the Patient Care Coordinator, you are the first impression of Pioneer Valley Allergy — greeting patients, managing scheduling, and ensuring smooth communication between the office team and the immunology providers.
Ideal Candidate: Organized, empathetic, and skilled in patient communication with a background in healthcare administration.
Reports to: Practice Manager & Dr. Van Stee
